Our Story
G & G Enterprises LLC was founded in 2017 specifically focusing on startup services for small businesses and nonprofits. In 2018, the company received is Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (DVOSB) designation and based on its success in State and Government contracting, decided to help other small business experience the growth and benefits of Government contracting. As G&G continues to grow, it now seeks recognition as being a premier grant research and proposal development company.
Michael Grayson
Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO, Michael brings over 30 years of consulting and Information technology experience to G&G
clients, and 10 years of executive management experience to his team. Prior to G&G, Michael served as
Chief Operating Officer for an international technology company for 6 years, having direct oversight of
all US based operations. Mr. Grayson has a Distinguished Executive Certificate in Leadership and
Management from Notre Dame. An expert in quality, processes, and efficiency methodologies, he offers
a proven track record of success in identifying areas for improvement and formulating/executing
initiatives that enhance operational, organizational, and system performance. Michael is a proud US
Navy Veteran, having been awarded 2 US Navy Achievement Medals.
